B. David Neeleman is a person of his own rules and regulations. He founded the JetBlue airline in 2000 but left it in the year 2007 due to some reason and joined the Brazilian Domestic airline Azul which under his shade is doing very well. It is important for us to know about the character of David because many of the key elements of JetBlue’s culture reflect the thinking and ideology of him. He said that making people feel good should be the most important priority in the service business and especially in the airline business where people will be taking long flights and get bored in the flight.
